State whether the issue concerns the website, Android app, Stripe, or Telegram. Include your account email or Telegram username, the approximate time, and a provider receipt or error message if relevant. We aim to acknowledge complete support and refund requests within two business days.
Never send a password, authentication token, full card number, or card security code by email or Telegram.
Billing and cancellation
Signed-in card subscribers can select Manage in Stripe from the Status/account area to view invoices, update a payment method, or cancel. This is the quickest cancellation method. For a refund review, follow the steps in our Refund policy.
