Refund, cancellation, and digital-delivery policy
Subscriptions provide immediate digital access. This policy explains when refunds are considered, how to cancel, and what happens to access.

Pluxara Squawk is a digital information service operated by AACS Capital Inc. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical returns. Stripe access ordinarily activates after Stripe confirms a successful payment and our webhook links the subscription to your account. Telegram access ordinarily activates after Telegram confirms a successful Stars payment. Short processing or provider delays can occur.
If paid access has not activated within 30 minutes, do not buy a second subscription. Contact cs@aacscapital.com with the account email or Telegram username, approximate payment time, and payment-provider receipt identifier. Never send a full card number.
Cancellation
Stripe card subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from the Pluxara Squawk Status/account area by selecting “Manage in Stripe” and canceling in the Stripe customer portal. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and you keep access until that date. There is no cancellation fee. Deleting the app, deleting a Clerk account, or leaving a channel does not by itself cancel Stripe billing.
Telegram Stars subscriptions
Cancel recurring Stars payments through the Pluxara bot or Telegram’s subscription controls. Leaving a private channel or blocking the bot does not necessarily cancel an active Stars renewal. The 200-Star introductory subscription is stopped after its third paid period; continuing afterward requires separate approval of the 600-Star recurring plan.
Refund eligibility
Because access is digital and begins after payment, subscription charges are generally final and cancellation does not automatically refund the current period. We will nevertheless review and, where appropriate, refund:
- a duplicate charge for the same account and period;
- a charge we confirm was unauthorized, without limiting your right to contact the payment provider or card issuer;
- a material failure attributable to us that prevented paid access for a substantial part of the billing period;
- an accidental renewal reported within seven calendar days of the charge when there was no meaningful use after renewal; and
- any amount required to be refunded by applicable law.
We do not ordinarily refund for changing your mind after meaningful use, source or market outages outside our reasonable control, dissatisfaction with a particular headline or classification, a forgotten cancellation reported after substantial use, or losses from a financial decision.
How to request a refund
Email cs@aacscapital.com with “Refund request” in the subject. Include the account email or Telegram username, charge date and amount, provider receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not include a full card number, password, or authentication token.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and decide complete requests within ten business days. Approved Stripe refunds are sent to the original payment method. Approved Telegram Stars refunds are submitted through Telegram where the platform makes that remedy available. A bank, card network, Stripe, or Telegram may take additional time to display the refund.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable rights under consumer law. If a local rule provides a longer cancellation or refund right, that rule controls. We may update this policy prospectively, but the version in effect when a charge occurred will govern that charge unless law requires otherwise.
